Senior Product Manager (Frontend) | iGamingPlatform

About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager (Frontend), you will be pivotal in advocating for our clients, understanding their requirements, and crafting solutions that balance the needs of external and internal stakeholders, aiming for client satisfaction and success.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, adeptly conveying their needs to internal teams such as Tech, Product, and Operations Management.
• Enhance client relationships and satisfaction by offering necessary information, support, and managing expectations.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with stakeholders, prioritizing quality and consistency to foster engagement both internally and externally.
• Assist Delivery and Project management teams by drafting and monitoring Jira tickets, ensuring clarity and efficiency in issue resolution.
• Continuously evaluate processes, procedures, and dynamics, identifying and implementing initiatives to address any gaps or inefficiencies.
• Support commercial objectives and branding efforts through enhanced client experiences, issue resolution, and overall delivery excellence.
• Drive the development and implementation of the product roadmap in collaboration with various teams, ensuring alignment with user needs and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and oversee product development projects, ensuring prompt delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Play a key role in shaping product strategy, designing solutions, and guiding engineering decisions.
• Effectively communicate product performance to key stakeholders.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of working within iGaming, preferably with previous Product Owner / Product Management roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Passionate about UX and UI design
• Experience working with agile development methodologies
